Job Description This dual-impact role is critical for our expansion; you will be the architect of our Quality Management System (QMS) while simultaneously leading the seamless transition of business processes from various countries into our SSC. Quality Management & Excellence System Implementation: Design and deploy robust a Quality Management System across the SSC to ensure service consistency. ISO 9001 Roadmap: Lead the strategic planning and execution required to achieve ISO 9001 certification in the medium term. KPI Management: Define, monitor, and report on Quality KPIs, ensuring they align with global business objectives. TLD Updates: Track and ensure all TLD updates are executed accurately and timely. Audit Planning: Develop and manage an internal audit calendar to identify process gaps and drive continuous improvement.
