The Project Coordinator is responsible for supporting tenant-related administrative operations to ensure smooth day-to-day functionality. This role focuses on rent collection, tenant service request triage, lease and compliance reporting, and assistance with coordinating special events. The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple priorities efficiently and professionally. Key Responsibilities: Tenant Relations & Coordination: - Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants regarding administrative matters. - Coordinate and manage rent collection processes, ensuring accurate records and timely payments. - Triage tenant service requests, prioritize issues based on urgency, and dispatch appropriate personnel or vendors. - Maintain service request logs and assist in tracking resolution timelines.
