SUMMARY: The Recovery Services Scheduler is responsible for fielding all phone, email, and other inquiries regarding RS EDEN programs, primarily substance use disorder treatment. Primary responsibilities include communicating with callers, referral sources, and potential clients about RS EDEN services and programs, and scheduling and managing schedules for a variety of services and providers. This individual plays a crucial role in ensuring clients can access RS EDEN services in a timely manner and relate to the services that best fit their needs. This individual needs to be compassionate, empathetic to the needs and circumstances of clients we serve, and adept at problem solving and de-escalation skills. The Scheduler should possess excellent time management, organizational, and customer services skills. Ability to learn quickly, pivot between tasks, and navigate electronic health record systems is crucial. PAY RANGE: $20-$22 per hour: RESPONSIB...
