Manage all aspects of specific food preparation areas within the theater kitchen including the selection, development, and performance management of kitchen team members. (That’s what it’s all about.) Optimize food product profits and increase sales by controlling food costs. Manage kitchen operations during scheduled shifts that include daily decision-making, staff support, scheduling, planning, product quality, and cleanliness. (You get to run the show.) Monitor team member schedules and ensure that the kitchen is correctly staffed for all shifts. (Great food needs great staffing.)
