Salary/Position Classification: - $17.85 - $20.00 hourly, Non-Exempt (Eligible for overtime) - 40 hours per week - Typical Shift 7am:3:30pm - This position will work onsite at UND Grand Forks, ND campus Purpose of Position: The purpose of this position is to receive and store groceries, deliver food and equipment to event sites and dining centers, and to perform routine custodial duties. Duties & Responsibilities: Receive and stock grocery items: - Receive grocery items from the warehouse and direct ship vendors, verifying accuracy of the delivery to the invoice - Assist with putting away grocery items for Catering, Food Court, Starbucks, and Wilkerson Stomping Grounds - Verify that incoming groceries are received within the proper temperature zone - Stock groceries in the storeroom, freezers, and coolers using FIFO method. - Assist with organizing storeroom, coolers and freezers inventory. - Assists with taking of physical inventory in Catering, Food Court, Starbucks, and WSG as necessary Performs routine custodial duties: Delivers food, supplies, and equipment to campus locations - Sweeps, mops, and vacuums assigned areas.
