Human Resources Coordinator Location: Ocoee, FL: Role Summary: Keystone Automotive Operations, Inc. is hiring an HR Coordinator for our Ocoee, FL location. Our HR Coordinators are at the heart of our Distribution Center operations, supporting the people side of the business with high energy and meaningful impact. In this role, you’ll partner closely with leaders and employees to deliver hands-on HR support, ensure policies and practices are applied consistently, and help foster a positive, high-performing workplace. You’ll also keep daily office operations running seamlessly, playing a key part in creating an organized, compliant, and people-focused environment where our operations teams can thrive. Key Responsibilities: - Handling employee relations for warehouse and delivery associates (multiple shifts). - Assist with applicant screening, interviewing, and managing the onboarding process through ATS (Applicant Tracking System). - Document attendance, PTO, and timecards. - Respond to general HR/payroll-related inquiries from employees. - Being familiar with and prepared to assist with employee benefits. - Document, file, and assist with managing workers' comp claims and FMLA-relat...
