Position Overview: Savoy Life is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to provide hands-on clinical support for seniors in various setting including individual homes, assisted living, independent living, memory care and beyond to support direct patient care as well as extensive care coordination. The RN will work with residents, POAs, primary care providers, community groups, on-site senior living leadership to identify care gaps and implement chronic condition care plans to improve resident outcomes.
