Employment Type: Full time Shift: Day Shift Description: FOUNDATION OPERATIONS MANAGER SUMMARY: The Foundation Operations Manager serves in an operational and systems leadership position to guide development strategy efforts with donor/prospect management. Serves as the database lead and manages foundation CRM database to ensure integrity of data, analytics, effective prospect and donor management and reporting systems in collaboration with Trinity Health System Office of Philanthropy (THSOP). REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree in business or related field. Additional continuing education/professional development in areas of fundraising, data management (CRM), or communications preferred. Minimum 5-10 years of experience in fundraising with working knowledge of data management and project management. Five plus years of experience in fundraising office and working knowledge of Raiser’s Edge/Blackbaud CRM preferred.
