Job description

World Waterpark Guest Services Attendant are responsible for providing friendly and efficient customer service to all guests vising the Waterpark. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES: - Acting as a communications relay between aquatics staff, management, cleaning staff and maintenance staff. - Selling admissions to people required to use the Special Needs Access door. (i.e. disabled people or people with strollers) - Providing information to guests regarding the various attractions within the Waterpark. - Booking and renting out private cabanas and providing any additional information the customer may need. - Addressing guest concerns and answering guest inquires. - Keeping office area clean and well stocked. - Helping with lost children. - Other responsibilities as required. DESIRED QUALIFICATIONS: - Previous experience working as a cashier or receptionist in a fast paced environment. - Must possess a passion for service, demonstrating guest service skills with the ability to deliver outstanding service at all times. - Must have excellent communication skills including excellent reading, writing and speaking skills. - Should have superior problem solving skills and be able to react calmly an...
