Job Title: Training Program Specialist Job Description: The Role The Training Program Specialist collaborates closely with production supervisors, managers, and cross-functional partners to coordinate all Job Instruction (JI) training activities for new and existing team members. This role ensures that all training follows the approved JI methodology, supports the creation and maintenance of Job Instruction Breakdown Sheets (JIBS), and provides ongoing coaching to maintain training quality. The Training Program Specialist also collects and reports training data to measure training program effectiveness. What You'll Do: Collaborate with production supervisors and managers to balance training against production needs. Coordinate and schedule all Job Instruction (JI) sessions for new hires and existing employees. Assign qualified JI Trainers to trainees based on skill set and operational needs. Monitor JI sessions to ensure adherence to approved training methodology and standards. Oversee the creation, review, and updating of JIBS for all production areas.
