ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND BASIC DUTIES: - Support the Operations Manager in daily warehouse tasks, including maintaining par stock and organization of the warehouse. - Responsible for answering phones at Tru-D SmartUVC Corporate office. - Identify, manage, mitigate and/or escalate service issues to the appropriate support team member. - Troubleshoot and complete repairs including software, remotes and devices for the full portfolio - Validate tablet repairs and provide support on set up and shipments of Classic tablets. - Ensure warehouse is audit ready at all times. - Perform end-of-month physical inventory count. - Track incoming and outgoing inventory in the ERP. - Fulfill parts requests for Tru-D Sm...
