Description JOB SUMMARY: The Facilities Maintenance Technician is responsible for performing routine building maintenance tasks. Performs general cleaning and other tasks as assigned ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS: - Repair, maintain/monitor all equipment and amenities - Paint, remodel, and refurbish areas as needed - Clean windows and glass doors - Change of all filters for HVAC as required - Prepare classrooms for incoming classes; remove or rearrange furniture for events or classes, as needed - Remove and properly dispose of all recyclable materials - Change light bulbs, interior and exterior, as needed - Make ready all classrooms, studios, dorm as needed - On call maintenance for all facilities, 24/7 - Oversee service that provides trash removal and cleaning of dorms at end of school year - Maintain exterior property, including snow removal - Assist with all show installs/removals - Oversee daily trash removal, restocking/cleaning restrooms.
