The ideal candidate will possess experience in a human resources supervisory position within a managed services setting, such as university dining services, and will demonstrate the ability to improve employee morale, have a comprehensive understanding of local, state, and federal employment laws, and have exceptional interpersonal communication and relationship-building skills with a strong understanding of HR software and systems.
