At NEXT, we are looking for an experienced and talented Senior Hair & Make-Up Artist to lead the team at our Head Office Photo Studio! You will be part of an amazing team of in-house creative managers working as one to deliver the full end to end process of asset creation. This is an extremely fast-paced role that strives to maintain Next’s photographic vision and creative beliefs. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is creative & proactive with an exceptional eye for detail who can deliver results and guide a team. What You'll Take On - Lead hair and make-up across one or multiple studio sets, ensuring consistent, brand-aligned results. - Create and translate creative briefs into commercially relevant, trend-aware hair and make-up looks. - Create and present mood boards and briefs aligned to seasonal trends, product categories, and campaign direction. - Remain ahead of fashion, beauty, social and cultural trends to evolve studio aesthetics. - Provide day-to-day leadership and mentorship to the team, including freelance talent within the studio. - Support onboarding, training, and ongoing development of team members. - Lead by example on set, fostering a positive, colla...
