Charter Casting is hiring a Product & Market Manager! This role will drive product marketing strategies and programs consistent with overall business objectives in one segment utilizing traditional and innovative marketing/product approaches, tools, and methodologies. The Product & Market Manager will manage the business development process from market analysis to new customer and application development for selected market segments. Location: - Charter Casting sites: Woodstock, IL or Shawano, WI - Charter Manufacturing's corporate office: Mequon, WI Hybrid flexibility: - 3 days a week in office, 2 days remote What you'll need: Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Engineering or a related degree. Four plus years’ experience of combined sales, marketing, and/or technical field. Technical knowledge of metals processing. Experience in sales and marketing of technical materials or customized products that require application development. Ability to work in teams as a leader and as a member.
