About the role We are looking for a Payroll Specialist ready to take full ownership of end-to-end payroll for our Swedish operations. In this role, you will manage payroll for our largest company within Instabee Group with a dynamic blue-collar workforce. Payroll includes employees with diverse schedules, from shift-based work to varying hours, and requires a strong understanding of Swedish collective agreements, preferably within the transport sector (Transportavtalet). This is an opportunity for a self-driven professional to lead the payroll process independently, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely delivery while continuously improving processes and maintaining the highest quality standards. You will work closely with your colleagues in the payroll team and internal stakeholders, proactively resolving payroll matters, providing expert guidance, and contributing to a smooth and professional employee experience across the organization.
