Job Overview Hubbell Lenoir City is currently recruiting for the following work schedule: Hours: 10 hours daily, from 4 PM to 2:30 AM Days: Monday through Thursday, with mandatory overtime on Fridays and Saturdays as needed. Compensation details: Starting Wage: $19.00 per hour Shift Differential: Additional 10% of base pay Incentive Pay: Available Retention Bonus: Eligible for a $1,000 bonus after 90 days of employment Benefits offered: Medical, dental, and vision insurance 401(k) plan 4% profit sharing Paid vacation Please note: All candidates must successfully pass a background check and drug screening. Employees operate a forklift at a brisk pace to transport materials and products from the storage yard on a pallet to the loading docks or staging areas. They will also enter the plant floor to transfer or collect parts or products for transportation to the external storage area.
