The Production Supervisor III (3rd Shift Operations) is responsible for leading and managing 3rd shift operations for manufacturing, fabrication, and cross-functional support areas at the dormakaba Indianapolis plant, ensuring the safety, productivity, and development of the team while driving performance across all key metrics to support the plant’s operational goals and business objectives. HIRING SALARY RANGE: Base Salary $100,000 - $120,000 (Salary to be determined by the education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities of the applicant, internal equity, and alignment with market data.)
