Job description

What awaits you: - Provide operational support, track update and resolve all assigned tasks in JIra, ensuring that documentation is thorough, accurate and meets a standard of high quality - Proactively monitor, recognize, analyze, isolate and/or resolve documented hardware and software problems utilizing a variety of hardware and software testing tools and techniques - Perform deployment and maintenance of industrial devices, analysis and reporting tools - Deliver remote planned maintenance activities in line with the Maintenance Schedule, following documented processes and procedures, including roll back - Manage patch management processes and support remote systems - Utilize Deployment Scripting Solution and automation - Create and maintain documentation as it relates to hardware, network and system configuration, mapping, and processes - Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, operations, and quality assurance, to identify opportunities for process improvements and implement solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity - Oversee/perform new and existing equipment, hardware and software upgrades and reports - Participate in a 24x7 on-call rotation (if...
