Job Description: We’re seeking an experienced and confident Medical Management Specialist to join our Medical Management team. In this pivotal role, you will utilise your personal injury expertise to oversee medical & like services and surgical processes, while providing guidance and support to both new and existing Claims Officers. As a key subject-matter expert, you will review complex medical requests arising from Workers’ Compensation claims, ensuring decisions are sound, compliant, and aligned with WorkSafe and industry guidelines.
