Description Opening Date: 04/06/2026: Closing Date: 04/20/2026: Job Title: Accounting Revenue and GL Supervisor Salary/Wage: $38.39/hr: Tribal Level: 123: Location: Siletz, Oregon: Classification: Full time, Exempt: INTRODUCTION: The Accounting Department’s function is to pay, post, receive, balance and reconcile the Tribal financial records. Occasionally, an employee may be required to perform other duties that are not in their current job description. The Accounting Department operates as a team in accomplishing all activities. DUTIES: Supervise Accounts Receivable and Grants Accounting,; and occasionally may act as departmental supervisor in Controller’s absence Manage related daily banking functions: Reconcile assigned General Ledger accounts: Edit daily and weekly transactional entries and receipts Investigate and prepare corrections for errors found in revenue documents Conduct monthly exception reporting and aging report review Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports; as required. Prepare schedules and summaries; as needed. Prepare monthly interest allocation: Complete bank reconciliations, as assigned: Assist with internal and external audits and program re...
