Expression of Interest Casual Member Director – Board of Directors Derbarl Yerrigan Health Service Aboriginal Corporation (DYHS) About the Organisation: Derbarl Yerrigan Health Service (DYHS) is a leading Aboriginal Community Controlled Health Organisation delivering holistic, culturally safe primary health care and Social and Emotional Wellbeing services to Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander communities across the Perth metropolitan area. About the Role: Derbarl Yerrigan Health Service is seeking expressions of interest from suitably qualified members of the Corporation to fill a Casual Member Director vacancy on the Board of Directors. The appointment will be made by the Board in accordance with the DYHS Rule Book and will be subject to ratification by members at the next General Meeting of the Corporation. If ratified by members, the successful appointee will hold office until the close of the 2027 Annual General Meeting.
