This Cost Accounting Manager will deliver accurate and timely cost information for all aspects of manufacturing, enabling data-driven decisions and process improvements. The Manager, Cost Accounting, supports plant leadership in achieving operational and financial goals. The compensation for this role will be commensurate with education and/or experience. RESPONSIBILITES: What You'll Be Doing: - Leads the cost accounting team through various aspects of month-end and year-end close processes. - Develops dashboards and financial reporting packages for executive and plant leadership. - Acts as subject matter expert for Oracle ERP (Fusion and EPM) in cost and inventory accounting. - Assists in the implementation of Oracle EPM (Enterprise Performance Management) within the plant, ensuring alignment with financial planning, forecasting, budgeting, and reporting requirements. - Leads end-to-end IT enhancements projects, ensuring that implementation aligns with best practices and that the team realizes benefits.
