Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (KSA’s): - Ability to manage team members and carry out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with organization policies and applicable laws. To include training employees, planning, assisting , and directing work; appraising performance, performance management; addressing complaints and resolving problems. - Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. - Excellent communication and negotiating skills, both verbal and written . Good grammar usage and persuasive skills . Excellent customer service skills required . - Able to plan, prioritize and organize own work schedule and that of subordinates/sales force. - Strong overall business acumen as it relates to other functional disciplines i.e. Sales, Operations, Engineering, and Purchasing. - Proficient in computer word process , publisher, photo-shop, power point and excel spreadsheet programs.
