The Opportunity InCharge Energy is seeking a highly organized, confident, and detail-driven Corporate Recruiter to support our growing hiring needs across technical, field, and corporate roles. This role is based out of our Richmond, VA office and works closely with the Recruiting Manager and hiring leaders across the business. In this fast-paced role, you’ll manage 10-15 open requisitions at a time and own full-cycle recruiting—from intake to offer—while delivering a high-quality candidate experience and maintaining strong communication, professionalism, and confidentiality. You’ll play a key role in helping us scale by identifying top talent, supporting hiring managers, and contributing to process improvements across the recruiting function.
