Dayporter: Overview: The Dayporter supports the overall appearance and functionality of the property by ensuring that grounds and common areas are kept clean, safe, and well-maintained. This role works closely with the maintenance team to complete daily upkeep tasks and provides assistance with light maintenance and rehab projects to maintain a high-quality living environment.
