The Rivers School — a 6-12 co-ed independent day school in Weston, MA, just outside Boston — seeks professionals who are looking to join a dynamic, innovative, and welcoming school community. The School Nurse is responsible for the day-to-day management of the Health Office, ensuring a safe, organized, and responsive environment while delivering student health services. This role provides direct student care and oversees Health Office operations, maintaining a well-functioning and student-centered clinical space. The School Nurse manages student health needs, maintains accurate and compliant health records, and collaborates closely with faculty, staff, and families to support student well-being and promote a safe and healthy learning environment. This position reports to the Lead School Nurse and plays a key role in implementing health policies, supporting school-wide initiatives, and responding to both routine and emergent health concerns.
