The ideal candidate is reliable, detail-oriented, and motivated to grow within a stable, rewarding trade career. This is a hands-on position involving training and daily work in our workshop, with the chance to work in/around homes in Fredericksburg & Stafford. Responsibilities: - Arrive at the job site on time in Kitchen Tune-Up uniform and appropriate workwear. - Follow directions from the Shop Foreman and/or Project Manager. - Measure, cut, and assemble cabinet components accurately using provided plans. - Safely and efficiently operate power and hand tools. - Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area. - Complete daily cleanup and assist wit...
