The RAES Outreach Support Officer is responsible for supporting the effective, efficient, and high-quality delivery of all Remote Australia Employment Service (RAES) activities across the Katherine Region. This position plays a key role in assisting job seekers to: The position involves regular outreach visits to communities including Pine Creek, Jodetluk, Rockhole, and Kybrook Farm, as well as working from the Katherine Office as required. The RAES Outreach Support Officer must maintain a sound working knowledge of all RAES business processes, compliance requirements, and service delivery standards.
