Overview Gibbon Packing, LLC, an American Foods Group Company has an opportunity for a Cold Storage Supervisor at our Grand Island Cold Storage Facility. As a Cold Storage Supervisor , you will: - Maintaining high production and quality while ensuring the safest working environment possible. - Maintain accurate records. - Oversee team members and job rotation in order to fulfill shipping needs. - Promote safety at all times. - Maintain and enforce all rules of conduct and regulations, including GMP’s and our current HACCP Program. - Perform basic human resource functions such as training, retaining, and behavioral counseling. - NOTE: this description is not intended to be all-inclusive.
