Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities: Responsibilities of the position include, but are not limited to: Greet guests, provide customers menus and/or inform them of the QR code scanner Take and deliver food and beverage orders while answering menu and beer-related questions Understand the fundamentals of the beers offered and the brewing process Know the menu items, including basic ingredients, preparation, allergies, and sensory descriptions (i.e., sweet, savory, spicy, roasted, etc.) Process POS transactions accurately, including cash and card payments Monitor tables and respond promptly to guest needs through service Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of dining and service areas Resolve guest concerns professional...
