Click here to view our Benefits Snapshot JOB OVERVIEW: The Shear Operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining hydraulic shearing equipment to cut sheet metal to precise specifications. The operator ensures accuracy, safety, and efficiency while supporting daily production schedules. ROLE + RESPONSIBILITIES (includes but not limited to) - Operate hydraulic Shear and Giga Bend equipment to cut and bend sheet metal to required dimensions. - Read and interpret blueprints, work orders, and measurement specifications. - Set machine parameters including blade gap, backgauge position, rake angle, and material hold‑downs. - Inspect raw materials for defects, thickness, and grade befo...
