Location: McLean,Virginia,United States POSITION SUMMARY: The Onboarding Associate manages the full account consolidation process for new client relationships, overseeing all account openings, transfers, and documentation from initiation through completion. This position requires a detail-oriented professional capable of independently coordinating across clients, custodians, and internal teams to ensure seamless transitions. The ideal candidate combines strong organizational skills with excellent communication and follow-through, maintaining accuracy and momentum while balancing multiple onboarding projects simultaneously. RESPONSIBILITIES: Independently manage the account consolidation process for 30+ new client households simultaneously, ensuring timely and accurate completion of all onboarding steps. Establish client profiles, open new financial accounts, and prepare account documentation in accordance with firm standards and custodial requirements. Coordinate with clients, the broker-dealer, and contra firms to initiate, monitor, and reconcile incoming account transfers through completion.
