Short Description for Internal Candidates We are seeking a driven and experienced Production Supervisor to join the weekend shift at our dynamic team in Pelzer, SC, supporting Vertiv’s rapidly expanding production operations. This is a critical leadership role within our manufacturing facility, focused on driving operational excellence, team performance, and continuous improvement in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. POSITION SUMMARY Assist in managing the production floor to produce the final product. Follow standard work methods and practice safe work habits to ensure production is as efficient and safe as possible. Train employees in proper work methods and procedures. Inspects products to verify conformance to specifications and directs setup and adjustments of machines or production lines.
