As the Executive Assistant to our Chief Commercial & Operational Officer (COCO), you are dedicated to supporting and ensuring seamless operations. You possess a unique ability to maintain high levels of energy, adapt to constant change, and exhibit unwavering availability. Your impeccable organizational skills, proactive mindset, and optimistic outlook make you an invaluable asset to the COCO and the entire organization. In this role, you will work closely with our COCO and Senior Management Team (SMT) and play a pivotal part in ensuring efficient and smooth day-to-day assistance for a wide range of tasks and responsibilities. You will act as the spider in the web, ensuring seamless coordination and support. We’re looking for a freelancer available from May 1st through August 1st to support us during this period.
