C ustomer Service Facilitator (PT) – Quailwood Community (Dewey, AZ) HOAMCO is accepting resumes for a Part-time Customer Service Facilitator at Quailwood Community located in Dewey, AZ. Quailwood residents are not eligible to be hired . Qualifications: - Candidates should possess outstanding customer service skills, be comfortable with internet, Outlook email, proficient with MS Office programs - Have a friendly, positive attitude - Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs - Previous administrative skills or hospitality experience is preferred - CPR, A.E.D Training (Required) Job Duties: - Greeting residents and guests - Answering phones - Processing paperwork for access cards - Cleaning of the Clubhouse and common areas (restrooms, gym, taking out trash and dusting, wiping counters, coffee bar, etc.) - Setting up and breaking down tables and chairs for daily events and meetings WHAT WE OFFER: Submit your application now and join our growing team!
