Description Summary: The Card Origination Product Manager II is responsible for ensuring a stable, efficient, and compliant operational environment for Card origination platform(s) within Zoot. This role ensures credit policy and regulatory requirements are accurately translated and implemented within origination systems, while adhering to established operational and change‑management procedures. Duties and Responsibilities: - Coordinates credit strategy system enhancements in partnership with key stakeholders, managing all phases of delivery—including drafting change requests, defining and documenting requirements, executing and validating testing, performing production validation, and ensuring successful implementation through effective cross‑functional collaboration. - Maintains a strong and reliable operational environment for the Zoot platforms by ensuring adherence to established operational procedures for reporting, table changes, and issue management. - Supports resolution of customer or underwriter‑impacting production issues, working proactively to minimize disruption and ensure system reliability.
