Overview Our client is establishing a new engineering site in the Cádiz region and is seeking an experienced Office Lead / General Manager to lead and develop this location. Your main tasks and responsibilities will include: - Establishing and managing an engineering site in the Cádiz region. - Actively integrating the site and team into the wider group and, in particular, the engineering organization. - Responsibility for business planning, business results, and reporting, including monthly and annual profit and loss statements, to achieve company goals. - Building, disciplining, and developing the local team, including coordinated project and personnel planning. (You will be supported by a tech team lead with many years of experience in the company’s products, who will provide technical guidance and leadership to the team.) - Development of local growth strategies in cooperation with the parent company. - Establishment of a regional network for the acquisition of new customers, orders, and funding opportunities.
