NXP is seeking a Principal Global Sales Strategy Analyst IIoT to join the Global Sales Strategy team. Reporting to the Global Sales Chief of Staff, this role provides critical advisory, facilitation, and analytical support for global sales strategy initiatives. This role acts as an internal consultant and force multiplier for the CSO’s office. The successful candidate will facilitate cross-functional alignment between the CSO and the IIoT sales organization to ensure that global initiatives across robotics, AI, factory automation, energy, and building automation are coordinated and data-driven. We are looking for a strategic thinker capable of translating complex market signals into executive-level insights. Key Responsibilities: Sales Strategy Facilitation: Support the Global Sales Chief of Staff in executing strategic sales initiatives and workstreams specifically focused on the IIoT landscape. Executive Advisory Support: Prepare strategic analyses, briefing materials, and presentations for the CSO and Sales MT to support high-level decision-making and customer engagements.
