Inventory Assistant/Material Handler

JOB SUMMARY: The purpose of the General Material Handler – Inventory position is to support weekly cycle counts and assist with year-end inventory processes. This role will complete cycle counts in the absence of the Inventory Specialist and help maintain organized warehouse inventory to ensure ongoing accuracy. Additional responsibilities include unloading, loading, and storing raw materials; transporting finished goods to the shipping area; moving in-process materials, racks, skids, and cylinders to production machines; and removing waste materials from the production area. RESPONSIBILITIES: - Comply with all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). - Communicate effectively with co-workers and support groups. - Maintain raw material inventory, including loading, unloading, storing, and labeling. - Monitor machine productivity to ensure adequate product and supplies are available at all times. - Complete weekly cycle counts and assist with year-end inventory. - Complete cycle counts in the absence of the Inventory Specialist. - Maintain organized warehouse inventory to ensure ongoing count accuracy. - Provide timely and accurate administrative documentation. - Complete daily IVO check...
