As a Sales Talent Recruiter, you will identify, engage, and move high-potential candidates through a structured hiring process. You will work closely with leadership, operate in a metrics-driven environment, and play a direct role in building a high-performance sales organization. This is not a passive recruiting role. It requires pace, consistency, and follow-through. This is an In-office recruiting role supporting a high-volume sales organization.
