The Incentive Compensation Senior Analyst is responsible for the design, administration, and analysis of incentive compensation programs to ensure they drive employee performance and align with business objectives. This role involves advanced data analysis, financial modeling, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to optimize compensation structures. The Senior Analyst also plays a key role in process improvements, system enhancements, and ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards. What You'll Do: Compensation Program Administration: Administration of the incentive bonus programs during start of year, monthly, quarterly, semi-annual, and end of year processes. Assists HR Business Partners and other managers with compensation-related issues. Analysis: Modify/Develop Compensation Plan Structures based on leadership direction and intent.
