WXP Solution Architect- RIS Description -: WXP for Retail is the foundational solution for the RIS business. The Engineer who fills this role will be the subject matter expert on WXP for Retail. The Engineer will be responsible for bringing together the WXP development team and the RIS peripheral development team to ensure the complete solution meets the product goals. The individual will understand all Retail specific aspects of WXP for Retail. They will trouble shoot issues for the development teams and for customers. When Retail Sales specialists have questions or need technical support in the sales process, they will consult this subject matter expert. The individual will work with customers to solve deployment problems. This role is responsible for overseeing the design, implementation, and maintenance of robust and scalable software systems. The role collaborates with cross-functional teams, including software developers, system administrators, and project managers, to create solutions that integrate seamlessly with existing infrastructure and deliver value to end-users.
