Job Description: Maintains and manages training programs and training management systems. Onboards new hires for all departments within the site and trains less experienced subject matter experts (SMEs) on all jobs and maintaining operating conditions within the desired range. Sets an example to follow all safety, quality, environmental, operational and personnel expectations. Identifies opportunities for improvements throughout the site and leads the implementation of changes both in physical operations and written documents.
