SENIOR MANAGER EXTERNAL WORFORCE GOVERNANCE: Location: To be confirmed: As our Senior Manager – Middle Office External Workforce, you will own and strengthen governance over Coty’s non‑employed workforce, ensuring every external workforce request is compliant, value‑driven, and aligned with business, financial, and workforce strategy. THE ROLE: OPTIMIZE, ENABLE, INNOVATE!: As our Senior Manager – Middle Office External Workforce , you play a critical role in overseeing and optimizing all requests for non‑employed workers across the organization. You will validate and challenge demand, drive governance and transparency, lead a small team, and partner cross‑functionally to ensure cost efficiency, compliance, and strategic workforce decisions. You will be reporting to GBS – P2P Procurement & Capabilities , and you will manage: 1. Request Governance & Workforce Validation 2. Leadership & Team Management 3.
