Senior Program Manager – Rapid Space Capabilities Company: The Boeing Company Boeing Defense, Space and Security (BDS) has an exciting opportunity for a Senior Program Manager (Level L) to join the Boeing Rapid Space Capabilities Program Management team in Albuquerque, NM or El Segundo, CA ! This program manager will fill the role of Program Integration Officer for the Rocky Program, managing a multidisciplinary team supporting the development of high-performance electro-optical/infrared (EOIR) sensing and imaging systems. The selected candidate will be responsible for Implementing and enforcing Boeing program management methodologies, tools and processes, Establishing and managing cost and schedule baselines and Tracking and reporting overall program progress (cost, schedule, risk). The selected candidate will also be responsible for managing cross Integrated Product Team (IPT) dependencies and coordination. Clear and concise, written and oral communication of complex subjects to Boeing leadership and customer program management is required.
