** Must be willing to work 2nd (3p-11p) or 3rd Shift (11p-7a)** As the Quality Assurance Supervisor, you will lead the departmental efforts in ensuring the integrity of our security printed products . You will oversee the end-to-end quality lifecycle—from auditing raw materials and paper to certifying in-process and finished goods . This role balances people leadership with technical expertise, requiring a hands-on approach to statistical analysis, laboratory testing, and cross-functional communication . Qualifications: Key Responsibilities: Team Leadership & Operations: Supervision: Directly lead and assign work to QA Specialists, Lab Technicians, and Inspectors . Training: Establish robust quality procedures and lead employee training on inspection designs, testing protocols, and laboratory integration . Decision Making: Collaboratively make "run/no-run" and product acceptance decisions alongside the Quality Manager, Operations, and Senior Leadership .
