At WINNING CONSULTING , we are looking for a GBS Transition Manager (EN/FR) to join our teams for a prestigious client in the Industry Sector, in Oporto (Hybrid) REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor's degree / Master's degree preferred Minimum 8 years of professional experience, with demonstrated project (5y+) experience in moving business to Shared Service Centers in a multinational environment Strong understanding of project management, continuous improvement methodologies, tools, and techniques (PMP certification appreciated) Previous involvement in IT projects / Experience in ERP deployment appreciated Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Power Point, Excel, Word, Visio, SharePoint, Teams, …) to produce project documentation Proficiency in project management software tools, such as Microsoft Project, Smartsheet, or JIRA appreciated.
