Our ideal candidates must be willing to work in a team environment which includes a call center and go above and beyond in providing customer service to our patients. We are a multi-specialty healthcare setting that offers enrichment and an opportunity for growth. Location: 120 Westminster Pike, Reisterstown, MD 21136 Shift: Monday - Tuesday 8:30 am - 5:00 pm; Wednesday - Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm **Tuesday alternating late night until 6:00 pm The Patient Service Representative is the first point of contact and provides a professional, supportive, and nurturing experience for patients and visitors via telephone and / or in person.
