Overview The Plate Shop Operations Supervisor supervises and controls daily trade functions to ensure maximum use of manpower and resources and provides guidance and support through hiring, training and employee development. Seeking a highly motivated, goal oriented supervisor with strong interpersonal skills. The supervisor must be able to promote a positive team environment and must be able to interact with all levels of management, the customer and Human Resources and Employee Relations to resolve employee issues. Must have a good working knowledge of MRP and other related computer programs. Experience in lifting/handling and environmental management would be a plus.
